FOX has announced on the official Twitter for The X-Files that a new, two-part trailer for the X-Files Revival will air this Monday, September 28th. The segments will be shown during new episodes of both Gotham and Minority Report, which air at 8 and 9pm ET, respectively.
So be sure to tune in or set your DVRs to get a glimpse of what Mulder and Scully have been up to. In the meantime, check out the teaser below.
This week’s chosen artist is Dimitris Plavoukos, AKA Steve Rogers, from Athens, Greece. Dimitris is the creator of the very popular Facebook group X-Files Revival. You can find his work on Tumblr, Instagram and Facebook.
Here's a little about Dimitris:
1. When did you become an X-Phile?
I became an X-Phile long before the word even existed lol so one night, my sis and I, we are watching TV, nobody got abducted though, and on TV, in Greece, the promo comes up for The X-Files. My sis was like, "isn't that the guy from Red Shoe Diaries?" and I was like, "oh wow who is she, she is beautiful" and then the line "do you believe in the existence of extraterrestrials?". We were hooked. So we watched the pilot, which we both think that to this day remains one of the finest pilots in TV history, and I have been a Phile ever since :)
With The X-Files FAQ, John Kenneth Muir presents us with a well-written, if at times exhaustive, look back at our favorite show. The book covers all nine seasons and two movies, going so far as to delve into precursors, spin-offs, and homages that would later be produced. The X-Files FAQ: All That’s Left to Know About Global Conspiracy, Aliens, Lazarus Species, and Monsters of the Week is a result of either painstaking research, or abiding love. I suspect it’s a combination of the two.
We have a copy of John’s book to giveaway, so read on for details and our full review.
David Duchovny has had a busy summer between shooting the X-Files revival and promoting his first album Hell or Highwater. He's keeping the music rolling right through the Fall and has announced three concerts in October.

VIP Meet and Greet packages are available which include: one show ticket, an autographed CD, a David Duchovny t-shirt, and a photo with the rockstar himself. Get tickets here.
Up next you can find him in New York City at The Marlin Room at Webster Hall on October 27th. Doors open at 8:00 pm for a 9:00 pm show. This show is for 18 and over. VIP packages are available as well. Get tickets here.
Duchovny then heads to Philadelphia where you can catch a show at the Ardmore Music Hall. Doors open at 7:30 pm for an 8:00 pm show. This show is for 21 and over. Get tickets in advance if you can because the price goes up $5 the day of the concert. VIP packages are also available at this show. Get tickets here.
And don't worry West Coast fans, ThinkSay Records President, Brad Davidson took to twitter earlier this month to say they're working on making some West Coast shows happen, and tagged Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego specifically. So far, there no hints about International shows but we'll keep you posted.
"I think you missed a spot here. I can see straight through to his ass."
Special Agent Fox Mulder - "Je Souhaite"
Did you know...?
The address in Samantha Mulder's file, 2790 Vine Street, is the former address of The X-Files production office in Vancouver.
In Jewish folklore, a golem is magically created from inanimate matter and transformed into a humanoid entity. It was featured in episode 15 of season 4, Kaddish, and sort of in that one season 6 episode where Mulder and Scully totally go undercover as a married couple and hilarity ensues even though they fight the evils of a garbage-golem.
