 Source: EW Entertainment Weekly's EW has a sneak peak at the upcoming X-Files comics written by Frank Spotnitz and illustrated by Brian Denham. The sneak peak shows is five pages long and shows the credits and the the beginning of the comic -- the equivalent to an episode's teaser. -- with Mulder and Scully making their entrance on the fifth page of the preview. Issue #0 of the comic is set in the fifth season of the television series and will be available in stores on Wednesday, July 23, two days before the release of I Want to Believe. |

 Source:Inkworks  The Inkworks website has released some images of their upcoming The X-Files: I Want to Believe trading cards, which will be released on July 25. Some of these cards contain new stills, and there is a somewhat spoiler-y image related to the still from People magazine.  To recap our previous post, the trading card series will consist of seventy-two cards, and there will be bonus cards including autographs and pieces of costumes. There is a run down of the available autographs and costume pieces available on the website. There will also be foil cards and a nine-card foil puzzle.  You can still get your free promo card here. |
