This week’s chosen artist is Elsa Rimbod from Annecy, France. You can find her work on Tumblr, Instagram, Twitter and her website.
Here’s a little about Elsa:
1. When did you become an X-Phile?
I became an X-Phile when I was a child. I was born in 1989 and I remember watching X-Files at a very young age. My older brother loved the show so I watched it with him. I was about 5 when I first saw an episode. I remember being really scared but I loved and still love to watch the show. So I guess I became an X-Phile back then.

Words are really unnecessary. Let Mulder and Scully speak for themselves.
FOX has aired the exciting first trailer for the X-Files Revival. The two-part release occured during Monday’s airings of Gotham and Minority Report. Below you can find the trailer in full. It’s packed with great nods to the original series—familiar faces, flashlights, ceiling pencils—and of course Mulder and Scully searching for answers. As the trailer says, The Truth is Still Out There.
What do you think, Philes? Are you excited yet?

You may remember that in addition to her work on the Earthend Saga, Gillian Anderson is also hard at work on another book. WE: A Manifesto for Modern Women will hit stores next March. The self-help book was first announced in April, and its 2016 release will coincide with International Women’s Day.
Gillian herself describes the book as “call-out to all women around the world…that we need to stick together and stand up for each other and not compete against each other.” In a day and age when there is a constant barrage of pressure on young girls and women, WE should be a very interesting read.
Check out the original article on WE here, and head over to Amazon to pre-order the book now!
With The X-Files FAQ, John Kenneth Muir presents us with a well-written, if at times exhaustive, look back at our favorite show. The book covers all nine seasons and two movies, going so far as to delve into precursors, spin-offs, and homages that would later be produced. The X-Files FAQ: All That’s Left to Know About Global Conspiracy, Aliens, Lazarus Species, and Monsters of the Week is a result of either painstaking research, or abiding love. I suspect it’s a combination of the two.
We have a copy of John’s book to giveaway, so read on for details and our full review.
